Velo Care offer the perfect solution to getting your bike serviced or repaired without leaving your home.

Either book in your bike for free* collection or drop into us at the workshop using the app below.

How does it work?​
  • Enter your bike details
  • Select a pick up/drop off date
  • Enter your contact details and payment details
  • For collection, there is a small fee based on your location (see map)
  • We come to you! Our Driver arrives on collection day and hands your bike over to our skilled Cytech qualified mechanics back at the hub
  • Once the mechanic has assessed your bike, and if there are any parts/works not included in the original booking, you will be sent notification of our recommendations before any work is carried out so no nasty surprises!
  • You Ride! Once the work is complete, you'll be sent a service receipt and a payment link. Simultaneously, you'll receive notification to pick a convenient date for return/collection from the workshop.
How long will it take?
We aim to complete every bike within 7 days from date of booking, if any longer due to waiting on parts etc, you will be notified.

When will the bike(s) be collected?
Collections are bookable in 1 hour time slots on Mondays and Fridays

​What E-Bikes do you service?
At Velo Care we are certified and insured to service all Bosch and Shimano powered units. Firmware updates and diagnostics are also available as well as professional e bike servicing.

Insurance prohibits us to store/work on after market or modified e-bikes. If it is not powered by any of the units mentioned, we will not be able to service or repair.
